Eligibility for Returns
Unworn and unaltered garments, with original tags attached, are eligible for return within 60 days from the date of delivery.
Returning an item with The Suited Saint is simple and hassle-free. You may initiate a return request by:

Once we receive your request, our team will review and confirm the refund or exchange.
Return Shipping
After approval, you will need to ship the return parcel to the nearest The Suited Saint warehouse listed below.
Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

Condition of Returned Items
Returned garments must be in unused and good condition.
If the original box or tags are missing, that is completely acceptable.
Exchange Process
Exchanges can be initiated online by signing into your account and selecting the order and item(s) you wish to exchange.
Once your return shipment is received at our warehouse, the exchange order will be dispatched promptly.
Exchange: Standard Size to Custom Size
If a standard size does not fit and you wish to exchange it for a custom-made garment, please include:

The original The Suited Saint product
Send the parcel to our Indian warehouse address.
We will tailor the garment from scratch based on your measurements and deliver it within 10–15 days. Your measurements will also be securely saved for future orders.

Store Credit & Refunds
Customers may choose Store Credit:

When opting for store credit, the equivalent amount—or up to 10% extra—will be credited to your The Suited Saint account for future purchases.
Refunds can be initiated only after:

The order has been dispatched and delivered, and
-
The returned garment is received at one of our warehouses in original condition.
As all orders enter the Made-to-Order (MTO) stage immediately after placement, refunds are subject to the above conditions.
Non-Refundable Charges

Custom Garments & Plus Sizes
Custom-made garments and plus-size orders are produced exclusively according to individual specifications and therefore are not eligible for return or exchange.
However:

Defective or damaged items will be replaced at no additional cost.

Additionally, we offer free alterations for 60 days from the date of delivery.
